"PLEASE don’t contact me again! Your coach was the dirtiest & broken coach I’ve even been on. You charged me £160 fine for making the coach messy!! There was no bins provided and it wasn’t that messy at all. You fined me because I had 2 pregnant women on the coach who used the toilet even tho it was out of order but they were desperate. You were over an hour late collecting us making us late for our meal which was a huge birthday surprise for my boyfriend. You were over an hour late on the way back to collect us, the driver said he was cleaning the coach but the same dirty coach turned up stinking & the driver said the coach was broken, you made us late for our clay pigeon shooting so some people missed their slot. The driver somehow had my car keys and refused to return them until I paid the fine! I would never recommend or use you again!!"

"The driver was on time, but was very tired and sleeping on the way. When he dropped us on the airport, he did not drop us on the right place, near the entrance and where we could take a trolley and carry our suitcases (we had 5 suitcases and we were only 2 ladies). Instead he went to a car park, which was in a building near by and on another level. We insisted that he should take us back to the terminal, but he kept finding excuses. One was that we have not paid and extra £3 for that (which did not make any sense, as we paid what was asked for through the website). Then gave us other excuses, eg. he was leaving us on the nearest place, then said he would wait another customer on the car park and kept going and refused to take us to the right place. Luckily someone left a trolley near the lift, which we could use. Or we do not know what we should have done in this case. Not happy!"

"We had booked for 10 am as we needed to be at Cheltenham for a drinks reception at 11 am. the mini bus didn't turn up until just after 11 am and we didn't arrive at Cheltenham until after 12 Noon. By the time we got to The Green Room we had missed the welcome drinks and our table lunch had been delayed. I rang on numerous occasions to both the office and the driver - and was told traffic was bad. Cheltenham week they should have been aware of this and not taken a booking before ours at 10 am. Coming back we arranged a pick up point, yet when we got there no bus again ! After ringing driver a couple of times we had to walk down the busy road to find him. We were hosting a table of 10 at Cheltenham which included our clients, not a very good impression to give, firstly being over an hour late then they had to walk to get picked up. Once on the bus all we could smell was 'weed' which the previous occupants had obviously been smoking. We are not happy at all with the service we received."

"Outbound journey was excellent no complaints at all. Car was as booked. We were dropped right outside departures in the premium drop off car park. The return journey was not as good. The driver texted to say to let us know when we had our bags and he would come to collect. I asked if he would be arrivals as the booking had meet and greet. He said no we had to walk up to the free drop off car park where you get 20 minutes free. This is at least a 10 minute walk away. I asked how we would identify him he just replied ‘silver Skoda’. We walked up and he wasn’t anywhere to be seen, he didn’t answer when we tried to call him but then he did arrive. Journey home was quick and driver was nice. Was disappointing that he wasn’t there to meet us as booked and we had to walk to meet him and he wasn’t at the same place we were dropped. We had a text to say he could pick us up from there for an extra £3. It would have been cheaper, less walking and more convenient to have jumped in a black cab. I would seriously consider whether or not to use this service again. "

"Driver was early (no problems) he then drove in a dangerous manner tailgating cars with full beam on trying to overtake in 30 mph areas when the cars were observing the speed limit ( I am aware that it was New Year’s Eve so he would be busy but it was unacceptable) We were dropped two streets from our destination ( not a major problem) We had a return booked and paid for at 2 am I had a text at 10 just informing me that he wouldn’t collect us, no reason. Totally unacceptable. The following afternoon I had a text saying that his minibus wasn’t in a fit state to be used because someone had vomited in it and he couldn’t organise a replacement . I asked for a refund from the £170 I had paid I suggested £120 refund which meant I paid £50 for the outward journey at 7 pm. The amount refunded was £85 .(thats £85 cost for on outward journey) My whole experience was frustratingly diabolical, I shall never use this way of ordering a taxi again and will be telling friends and family not to use Taxicode "

I was informed the taxi company would contact me prior to my booking but that didn’t happen. "We ordered a 16 seater to pic us up from the NEC at 1am. The taxi was pre paid at £128 and the company assigned were Timberley Cars. I then received a text on the night to say the vehicle had broken down so they would send 2 mini buses. When we arrived at the pick up point the first mini bus was there, took half of the ladies no problem they had a pleasant and quick journey back to leamington. I then received text messages from A2B saying they would be coming. I had no idea why as it was booked with timberley. My understanding was that because we had booked through this site the job had been passed over. So we got into the A2B car and he gave my name and destination. When I got in the taxi I said we had pre paid. I had the confirmation email printed which he wouldnt look at. He tried to tell me I had not paid and wanted me to pay cash. He also said that there is a card attached which is was worried was going to decline. The amount had already been paid which he just could not understand, despite being in black and white! His boss also said to him on the phone we had not paid. The woman on the switch for timberley said she had called A2B to explain we had however the man was still saying we hadnt paid. He also said if you booked through timberley cars then get into an A2B you have to pay. So we were stranded in birmingham until a partner came to collect us at at 1.50am! Thats 50 minutes in Birmingham in the cold and wet! The companies should not be able to be part of this site if they cannot do the simplest of jobs by passing PAID jobs to each other and trying to demand money from women who just want to get home. The woman at Timberley said she would refund half the money, personally I think all of the money should be for the inconvenience. Imagine worrying how you are going to get home in the freezing cold because you have no cash and your PAID taxi is demanding more money from you. What a horrible and upsetting end to the night! I look forward to receiving my refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! "

"Driver was early (no problems) he then drove in a dangerous manner tailgating cars with full beam on trying to overtake in 30 mph areas when the cars were observing the speed limit ( I am aware that it was New Year’s Eve so he would be busy but it was unacceptable) We were dropped two streets from our destination ( not a major problem) We had a return booked and paid for at 2 am I had a text at 10 just informing me that he wouldn’t collect us, no reason. Totally unacceptable. The following afternoon I had a text saying that his minibus wasn’t in a fit state to be used because someone had vomited in it and he couldn’t organise a replacement . I asked for a refund from the £170 I had paid I suggested £120 refund which meant I paid £50 for the outward journey at 7 pm. The amount refunded was £85 .(thats £85 cost for on outward journey) My whole experience was frustratingly diabolical, I shall never use this way of ordering a taxi again and will be telling friends and family not to use Taxicode "

"We ordered a 16 seater to pic us up from the NEC at 1am. The taxi was pre paid at £128 and the company assigned were Timberley Cars. I then received a text on the night to say the vehicle had broken down so they would send 2 mini buses. When we arrived at the pick up point the first mini bus was there, took half of the ladies no problem they had a pleasant and quick journey back to leamington. I then received text messages from A2B saying they would be coming. I had no idea why as it was booked with timberley. My understanding was that because we had booked through this site the job had been passed over. So we got into the A2B car and he gave my name and destination. When I got in the taxi I said we had pre paid. I had the confirmation email printed which he wouldnt look at. He tried to tell me I had not paid and wanted me to pay cash. He also said that there is a card attached which is was worried was going to decline. The amount had already been paid which he just could not understand, despite being in black and white! His boss also said to him on the phone we had not paid. The woman on the switch for timberley said she had called A2B to explain we had however the man was still saying we hadnt paid. He also said if you booked through timberley cars then get into an A2B you have to pay. So we were stranded in birmingham until a partner came to collect us at at 1.50am! Thats 50 minutes in Birmingham in the cold and wet! The companies should not be able to be part of this site if they cannot do the simplest of jobs by passing PAID jobs to each other and trying to demand money from women who just want to get home. The woman at Timberley said she would refund half the money, personally I think all of the money should be for the inconvenience. Imagine worrying how you are going to get home in the freezing cold because you have no cash and your PAID taxi is demanding more money from you. What a horrible and upsetting end to the night! I look forward to receiving my refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! "
