"Despite keeping the driver updated on progress with our flight via text and call and then calling him from Stansted, we waited 10 mins for pick-up outside the terminal
The journey was a good price in a good car. However, the driver did not take shortest route home and went via north circular rather than M25.
The car was uncomfortably cold despite asking him to turn heat up. We didn’t insist on any further change because we thought he may need to stay cool to stay awake, but a blanket in the back would have easily remedied this issue on a relatively long journey. We liked the fact that the driver was not chatty because we were tired, it was late and we wanted to sleep in the car."
